Description
The tour is located at the Bahia Community, a few meters from the Uvita Beach entrance.
You will be taught everything you need to know about the coconut and its benefits, in the most traditional way . From opening the nut, and squeezing the milk to preparing a cooked coconut in oil. You will also learn how to make a lip patch with natural home remedies.
It is attractive for its textures and also for its aroma and unique flavor, but it also has very beneficial properties for health, including skin and hair. What more could you want?
